About Us
Stepwise Outreach is managed and run by a multidisciplinary team of registered professionals. We support adults (18+) with mental health needs, bringing together social care and mental health expertise to deliver practical, non‑regulated support across the Isle of Wight.
Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and Registered Social Worker providing oversight on complex needs and risk, also ensuring person‑centered practice and safeguarding.
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) advising on recovery‑focused routines and health liaison.
We conceived Stepwise Outreach to address a clear gap in community services—the need for timely, hands‑on help that prevents avoidable admissions, supports safe discharge, and keeps people well, independent, and engaged in daily life.
We complement and work alongside the NHS and Adult Social Care—taking on the practical pieces (home, tenancy, benefits, routines) while clinical and statutory teams focus on treatment, care coordination and case management
We are not CQC‑registered because we do not carry on regulated activities (such as personal care or treatment). Instead, our registered management team provides professional oversight and quality assurance in collaboration with referring social care/NHS teams. Read our regulatory status.
